Ron was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, into a family deeply rooted in real estate and development. His father, a custom home builder and developer in the Triangle area since 1957, instilled in him a strong foundation in construction, land evaluation, and development from an early age. Ron began working in the family business alongside his oldest sister, performing a variety of roles from property cleanouts and deck construction to hands-on involvement in all aspects of development. By the age of 16, he took on responsibilities including building permits, zoning compliance, and land speculation, gaining extensive experience navigating municipal regulations. As Managing Partner at RWC Properties, Ron now oversees locating and evaluating new land and income-producing properties for potential development and investment across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. He is proficient in working with town councils, county boards, and permitting authorities, ensuring compliance with zoning approvals and other county and business requirements. Ron also manages and evaluates existing land and rental holdings for development or sale, including negotiating timbering operations and contracts on multiple tree farms. Since January 2025, following his father's passing, Ron has taken on expanded responsibilities for RWC Properties, leading strategic land acquisitions and development projects.

Scott brings over 25 years of extensive experience in real estate and development throughout North Carolina. His career began in Land Acquisition for development groups, where he has successfully listed, assembled, and developed more than 250,000 acres of land across the state. As a licensed NC broker, his expertise extends beyond traditional real estate transactions. The North Carolina Historical Preservation Society has recognized his commitment to preserving local heritage through his work refurbishing several significant properties in Durham. His portfolio includes numerous commercial projects throughout the Carolinas, where he has collaborated with major national retailers on build-to-suit opportunities. When he's not transforming properties or closing deals, Scott enjoys spending time on the water boating and cherishes moments with his two children. His blend of professional expertise and personal interests makes him a well-rounded figure in the North Carolina real estate landscape.

Nolan Westrom was born in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and has built a career at the intersection of technology, real estate, and operations. Growing up in North Carolina, Nolan cultivated a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation early on, which has guided his work in developing scalable platforms for land development and academic technology solutions. As Director of Operations & Strategic Development, he oversees the planning, execution, and operational efficiency of complex projects, ensuring teams meet strategic objectives while maintaining high standards for design and usability. Nolan has led initiatives integrating technology with real-world workflows, bridging the gap between analytical insights and actionable solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys playing sports, spending time at the beach and mountains, exploring emerging technologies, analyzing investment opportunities, and contributing to ventures that enhance both business outcomes and community impact.
